Please note that all products at our shop are customized and printed upon your request. As such, once a purchase is made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

It is important to carefully review the size guide provided in the product description and ensure you select the correct size before making your purchase. Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate returns for sizing issues.

We strive to provide high-quality products, but in the rare event that your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and work to make it right for you.

Wrong Address:

• If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
• In such cases, you will be liable for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments:

• Shipments that go unclaimed are also returned to our facility.
• If your shipment remains unclaimed, you will be liable for the cost of reshipment to yourself.
• Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 25 days
